What will we be serving?
Welcome to Some Good Cuppa! We can’t wait to share our passion for great quality food and drink with you.
You will find us at the Sea Cadets’ carpark, Scapa overlooking the beautiful Scapa Beach, within walking distance or a few minutes drive from Kirkwall town. We are on the St Magnus Way pilgrimage route and a popular beach for sea swimmers, families and dog walkers.
We serve speciality tea, coffee and hot chocolate, along with fresh homemade bakes and savoury snacks to take away. We’re very lucky in Orkney to be surrounded by excellent food and drink providers and where possible, our ingredients are locally sourced.
Our takeaway cups are home compostable and recyclable to minimise landfill waste but we will be delighted to fill your own travel cup at a discount.

Our Guest Coffee
Birsay Brazilian Fazenda Paraiso
From Orkney’s newest roaster, Lochside Roasters, Birsay Brazilian Fazenda Paraiso is their debut single origin medium roast.
Flavour notes: Milk chocolate, nut, cherry, apple and raisin.
Served as a V60 pour over coffee by Some Good Cuppa and particularly suited to filter brew methods.

From Vandyke Brothers, a medium roast blend of South and Central America and African specialty coffee.
Flavour notes of milk chocolate, caramel and almond.
Served as an espresso coffee by Some Good Cuppa but suitable for all brew methods.
